Contact support
Sending a message from the dashboard, what to include so the first reply solves it, and where our answers arrive.
Send us a message
- In the dashboard sidebar, click Help. You'll land on a page of the most useful articles from this site, in case the answer is already here.
- At the bottom, under Need to contact support?, click Submit a ticket.
- Pick what it's about (Bug report, Suggestion, or Question), add a subject and the details, and click Send message.
Can't sign in, or don't have an account? Email [email protected] from any address instead. If you're locked out, say which email address your account uses.
Include these and we can usually fix it in one reply
- The page's URL. Paste the live link of the page or site with the problem.
- What you expected, and what actually happened. "I replaced the file but visitors still see the old version" beats "my page is broken".
- The exact error text, copied word for word, including anything Claude relayed to you in a chat.
- A screenshot. Up to 3 images, each up to 10MB, as JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP. A picture of the error or the odd-looking page saves a whole round trip.
Keep the subject to one line. Put everything about one problem in a single message rather than sending several; the form will ask you to slow down if a few go out in a couple of minutes.
Where replies arrive
Both on your conversation in Help and in your email inbox.
- In the dashboard, click Help, then Your messages (the button appears once you've written to us; the Help page also tells you when a reply is waiting). A Replied badge means we've answered. Click a message to open the conversation, write in the reply box, and click Send reply.
- You can answer the email directly and it reaches the person who wrote it, but your emailed words won't appear on the conversation in the dashboard. Replying in Help keeps everything in one place.
Common questions
My conversation was closed and the problem came back. Open it in Help and send a reply. It reopens automatically and we're notified. The conversation says so itself: "This ticket is closed. Replying reopens it."
I found a page someone else published that shouldn't be online. Email [email protected] with the page's address and we'll review it. Published pages belong to the people who published them, not to PageSumo. You don't need an account to report one.
I have a question before signing up. Email [email protected]. The in-dashboard form needs an account you can sign in to.
