Emails PageSumo sends
The three emails PageSumo sends, the things it deliberately never emails about, and what to do when one does not arrive.
PageSumo sends three emails, and every one follows something you just did. No digests, no notifications, no marketing.
The three
- Verify your email. Sent when you create your account, and again whenever you click Resend email in the dashboard banner. The link expires in 24 hours.
- Password reset. Sent when you use Forgot your password? on the log in page. Expires in 1 hour and works once. Didn't request it? Ignore it; your password won't change.
- Support replies. When we answer a message you sent from Help, the reply arrives by email as well as on the conversation in the dashboard.
What never triggers an email
- New leads. No email when a page captures one. They appear on the Leads screen. To get them out as they arrive, send them to your email tool: see Send leads to your email tool.
- Domain verification. No email when a custom domain finishes connecting. Check the Domains screen.
- Marketing. None from the dashboard.
Common questions
An email didn't arrive. Check spam first. For verification, click Resend email in the banner. For a reset, request a new link from Forgot your password?. A missing email never blocks your account; you can still sign in with your password.
Can I turn any of these off? No, and there's nothing to manage. Each one only ever follows an action you took, so no action means no email.
I replied to a support email. Did it go through? Yes, it reaches the person who wrote it. But your emailed words won't show up on the conversation in Help. Replying there keeps everything in one place.
