PageSumo Privacy Policy

Last updated July 27, 2026

Our commitment

Thank you for choosing PageSumo. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

Your content is yours. We use it only to operate the service for you. We do not sell or rent personal information, we show no ads and use no advertising trackers, we never use your content to train AI models, and we do not track the people who visit your pages across the web.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we will explain it plainly.

1. Who we are

PageSumo ("we", "us") is a publishing service that turns pages built with AI assistants into live public web pages. The service runs at app.pagesumo.com, and published pages are served on pagesumo.com subdomains or on domains our customers connect themselves.

PageSumo is a service of Blink First LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as PageSumo, which is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We are based at 27422 Portola Pkwy, Ste 200, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610, United States.

2. Information you provide to us

Account information. Your name, username, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, which means we cannot read them. Your username is permanent, because it also forms the web address your pages are published on.

Your content. The pages, files, images, and settings you publish through the service, and anything you post in community areas of the service. Published pages are public by design: anyone with the link can open them, and search engines and AI crawlers may index them unless you turn indexing off.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan we store your plan, your subscription status, and the account identifiers our payment processor gives us. Your card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never pass through our systems.

Domains. Any domain names you connect to the service.

Communications. Messages you send us, including support requests and any files you attach, and the email address you give us if you join a mailing list.

Connected applications. When you connect an AI assistant or other application to your account, we store the credentials that let it act on your instructions, and you can disconnect it at any time. We do not receive your conversations with those applications. We receive only the content they send us to publish, when you tell them to.

3. Information we collect automatically

When you use the service we collect standard log and usage information, including device and browser type, general location, and records of activity in your account. This information keeps the service running, secure, and protected against abuse.

4. Visitors to your published pages

We deliberately collect as little as possible about the people who visit pages published through the service.

For each page we record aggregate counts only, never a log of individual visits. Those counts cover where visits came from, the visitor's country, the type of device used, and the time of the visit. Unique visitors are counted using a short-lived, one-way identifier that cannot be traced back to a person. We do not set analytics cookies on published pages, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track visitors across other websites.

Form submissions. Information submitted through a form on a published page is collected for, and belongs to, the customer who published that page. We store it on their behalf and never use it for our own purposes. If you submitted a form and want your information removed, contact the owner of the page. If you cannot reach them, email us and we will help.

5. How we use information

6. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never have.

We share personal information only with contracted service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including hosting, storage and content delivery, payment processing, email delivery, domain routing and certificate issuance, and customer support. Each is bound by contract, receives only what it needs to perform its function, and may not use it for its own purposes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through our systems.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where necessary to protect the rights or safety of people or of the service. If the business is acquired or merged, account information would transfer as part of that, and we would notify you beforehand.

Services you connect yourself. You decide whether to connect other tools to your account. If you connect a third-party email marketing tool, we send the form submissions you designate to that tool using the credentials you provide, because you set it up, and you can remove the connection at any time. Applications you connect run under your own accounts and their own privacy policies, and we act only on the instructions you give them.

7. Where information is processed

We operate on a global edge network, and our email provider operates from the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

8. Your rights and choices

If you are in a region with specific data protection rights, including the EEA, the UK, and California, those rights apply to you and you may exercise all of them by emailing [email protected]. We will never discriminate against you for exercising them.

9. How long we keep information

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is open. When you delete content, it is removed along with the form submissions and statistics associated with it. When you close your account, we delete your account information. Log data, aggregate statistics, and backups are kept for limited periods and age out on a routine schedule.

10. How we keep information safe

All traffic to and from the service is encrypted in transit. Passwords and access credentials are stored hashed or encrypted at rest, never in readable form. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service, and our service providers are contractually required to protect the information we entrust to them. No service can promise perfect security, but protecting your information is something we take seriously and work at continuously.

11. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be stated plainly at the top, not buried.
